郑文辉,1985年生,中共党员,江西景德镇人,博士,教授,博士生导师,植物保护学院副院长;获得“国家优秀青年科学基金(2021)”、“福建省杰出青年基金”;入选福建省“闽江学者”特聘教授、福建省高层次人才(B类)、福建省引才“百人计划”、福建农林大学“金山学者”高层次人才(第一层次)。主要研究囊泡转运系统调控植物病原真菌侵染作物的分子机制;解析了稻瘟病菌、镰刀菌中多个囊泡转运路径的分选转运机器和相关蛋白在病原真菌致病中的功能及作用机理,以通讯作者或第一作者在New Phytol、PLoS Genet、mBio、Mol Plant Pathol等学术期刊发表论文30余篇。

  • 科研和教学

研究领域为植物病理学主要研究植物病原真菌(如稻瘟病菌、镰刀菌)侵染寄主(如水稻、小麦等)的分子机制及寄主的分子免疫机制;擅长于利用活细胞显微成像技术研究囊泡在细胞内的动态转运机制, 包括内吞、分泌、反向转运, 循环分选等;研究囊泡转运和细胞自噬、效应子分泌的交互机理, 解析囊泡分拣转运机器参与病原真菌发育及致病的作用机理。

主要讲授本科生“普通植物病理学”和“作物病虫害及其防治”等课程;讲授研究生(含留学生)“分子植物病理学”、“植保高级研究法”、“植物真菌学”、“植物保护学科研究技术”等课程。
